巴西國油尋求首次公開募股天然氣配送部門
中國石化新聞網訊 據路透社3月2日里約熱內盧報道，巴西當地媒體周五報道說，在巴西反壟斷監管機構巴西經濟保護和管理委員會（Cade）否決了巴西國家石油公司（巴西國油）把其麾下的天然氣配送部門Liquigas出售給Ultragaz的提議以后，巴西國油日前決定對Liquigas啟動首次公開募股（IPO）。
巴西《圣保羅頁報》援引有關消息人士的話報道說，此次IPO籌集的資金可能超過Ultragaz曾提出支付數字28億雷亞爾（8.5934億美元）。
巴西國油沒有立即回復記者的置評請求。

Brazil's Petrobras To Seek IPO For Gas Distribution Unit
Brazil's state-controlled oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA has decided to launch an initial public offering for its Liquigas gas distribution unit after competition watchdog Cade vetoed its proposed sale to Ultragaz, a local paper reported on Friday.
The IPO could raise more than the 2.8 billion reais ($859.34 million) that Ultragaz had offered to pay, Folha de Sao Paulo reported, citing sources.
Petrobras did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
